What is wrong with these pictures?

A) Left-most Nuovo Record RD is twisted,
B) Simplex FD is missing the front half of its clamp,
C) No high-flange rear hubs present,
D) Too much French stuff for my own good,
E) The lone Simplex Retrofriction lever has a grey finish,
F) All of the above,
G) None of the above,
H) SunTour gets no respect.

I think I remember you writing about a twisted RD lately so I'll cheat and say (A). I can't see a clear shot of the Simplex RD but I can see that there is no lone RetroFriction So I'll rule those two out. You have a clean example of a Cyclone RD so I think Suntour gets the respect and I personaly don't think you have to much French stuff so again...(A) it is...And maybe C too?

Bikes: Upright and Recumbent....too many to list, mostly Vintage.
I just started putting some parts on display in my book case last night. Yours looks cooler.
I vote H. because my display is mostly Suntour.
...and D.

Thank you - one of the HW issues a couple of years ago. Pretty nice for a 1:18 model, considering the cheapness of their early releases.

Poorly...I need to strip the case and paint it then rewire the lights....Maybe I should just get a shelf unit instead! I like the way Kurt's looks with the clear shelves and lighting.
Very nice!

That said, I dare say one could construct one themselves quite easily with the proper cutting tools and plexiglass epoxy.

All are WAY too clean, the proper way to store vintage parts is to leave the protective crust of grease, dirt and filth on them until it's time to begin the build.
After the clean up stage you can store them in Rubbermaid boxes.

Incidentally, all but the NR at the end (the bent one), the SX610 (recent catch) and the NOS Victory S3 have been rebuilt.

Not used presently, but usually earmarked for future builds:
The SLJ derailer set and the CLB-2's are permanently destined for a black or silver Paramount,
I've considered another Schwinn Superior for the SX610's (undecided on brakes),
The '73 Nuovo set will probably see another Paramount if the case arises,
The other Nuovo set (far left) is in need of a replacement RD derailer parallelogram,
The graphite-finish Victory S3 might see one of those Elite-series '81 Paramounts if I can find one (along with a Royal Gran Compe brakeset),
The Cyclone GT...well, I've been trying to get rid of it.
That is the beauty of this case. You can clean and grease new finds, put it in there, and when you need it for your next build, its there, right on the "showroom shelf." In the meantime, you can enjoy looking at them.
That said, I have shuffled the RD's around in this case at least 3 times. Case in point:
This is what the case looked like, December of '08 (too many brakes, not enough derailers):

This is what it looked like, December '06 (Best looking derailer lineup I've ever had in it):

^
The Zeus 2000 finally found its place on my '78 Windsor, the drilled Campy SR got a proper cage and is in temporary use on my '82 Superior until an unmolested 2nd-gen SR comes along, the '78 Nuovo is now on the Rossin, the '85 Victory is on my '84 Raleigh USA Super Course, and I got rid of that pesky C-Record RD and its cursed, cracked pivot stop (can't recall if it went to a forum member or went out via eBay).
