Bikes: 2009 Fuji Roubaix RC; 2011 Fuji Cross 2.0; '92 Diamond Back Ascent EX

Some SRAM shifters are 1:1 and others are 2:1. Shimano is all 2:1 so, if you are having to shift twice to get it to move one cog, you have a mismatch and no amount of adjustment will fix it.
