I always enjoyed riding my bike in Richmond. My sister went to VCU, so I went there quite often.

Back in the '70s, the rule was that if you ever saw the light when it was green, you didn't have to stop. The annoying part of that was that people didn't go right after the light turned green. Is this still true?
