You might also consider actually measuring your inseam rather than going off of your pant size.

I just stand by a wall, slide a book up your crotch (sounds gross, I know), mark the wall, then measure. I'm sure others have other/better methods.

Also, you should be more concerend about the top tube length. Easiest way to find out if it fits -- go test ride it.
