lost 8lbs last week so just trying to maintain and drop 2-3 this week. Will get me below my previous ceiling the 270s. 260 here I come (and real pizza *LOL*) And yeah I know I shouldnt make food a treat but I find this gets rid of the cravings for things and it helps me on my journey to change how I think about food.
