OK 174 today - I think I am down form last week's gain. No rdiign or working out this week so eating must have been a little better.

Goals - Parents 50th Anniversary is Sat and I am involved in throwing the party in FLA. So do not overeat!

Drink lots of H20 - 64 oz
Workout on Stationary Bike - Tues, Wed, Thursday
Rent a bike or Walk 4 miles with a freind
Fri, Sat - Gym at parents and prepare for party
Sun - Gym

Still holding at the 93.5kg/206.5lb mark. Was sub 93kg on Friday, but suspect that was more due to dehydration.

Brutal! Weighin at 214 pounds. Heaviest in weeks. I rode 250+ miles last week, ran 15-20, and gained 6 pounds. I have no clue!

Shooting for 210 end of the week, hoping some of this is silly water weight. Bleh

Weight 220# added another 3#, to much food, got in 275 miles last week but still gaining. Still plan to get below 200 by August, not heading in the right direction.

A lose of 2.2 pounds this week, and met my riding goals. (though not till after dark on Sunday night )

Nice after the gain last week.

Same goals for this week, 2 pounds and 30 miles, possible more this week.

Good week - Goal met. Weight at 267 1/2, down 1 1/4 lbs. My goal was to lose one pound in my first week back of exercising with a long holiday weekend included. I worked very hard during the week and deserved a better number, but then I had an inhuman weekend (ate like a pig, drank like a fish). I'll gladly take the 1 1/4 lb loss.

This week my goals are: 1) lose three lbs, 2) get to the gym all 4 workdays (1 for 1 so far!) and 3) get my new wheel set from Excel Sports on the bike and my butt on the bike for the first time in a loooong time.

Thanks Ms. Bumble for the welcome - it put a big smile on my face.

Mike

lost 8lbs last week so just trying to maintain and drop 2-3 this week. Will get me below my previous ceiling the 270s. 260 here I come (and real pizza *LOL*) And yeah I know I shouldnt make food a treat but I find this gets rid of the cravings for things and it helps me on my journey to change how I think about food. It wont be me eating a 20 inch pizza myself. When I make it I will invite 3-4 others to enjoy

weighed in at 227, but have not biked since Sunday. For the rest of this week, I am hoping to:
weigh in @ or below 225
fit in a couple 25+ mile rides.

Ill jump on with a weigh in tomorrow. Currently 287, but I started P90x today, too, so we'll see where that puts me tomorrow.

Ugh, 1 out of 3 ain't too good!

Mike

Well, met one out of three goals. I worked out all 5 days in our gym at the office. Goal two - lose 3 lbs was missed by 3 1/2 lbs as I GAINED a 1/2 of a lb. Bummer, diet is to blame as the weekend was filled with graduation parties. Wheelset isn't being delivered until today, but TONIGHT they get put on and I'm back in the saddle.

Goals for this week will again be to lose three lbs, Ride 50 miles and workout all 5 workdays.

MM

I missed my riding goal this week by a couple of miles, and my weight stayed the same which is frustrating, but better than a gain.
