I'm roughly your age and have been a fan since you went to Europe. I feel I owe you a personal and sincere apology.
I was seen today by any number of people sucking real hard whilst on one of your higher end frames. I know you have no current distributor for those frames but I still feel I did you wrong today and I hope I haven't hurt your chances of picking up a new distributor. I certainly didn't mean to do this to you either directly or indirectly.
All I can say is: Dude I'm sorry, really sorry. There's a race in Stuart (FLA) Saturday and I'll try to make it up to you but you know what they say about chicken, eggs and counting.
PS: I ought to CC this to the Campagnolo and Mavic people as well but I feel that I've hurt you more.
PPS: I'll bet everyone who read this thought I'd be talking about Lance Armstrong and/or doping.
