I learnt very quickly that I can't do max or near maximum efforts without a THOROUGH warm up -- and by "warm-up", I don't mean cruisin' along at 80% max HR for 20mins (or how ever long), I mean, I've gotta do the steady-state warm-up, then do a few efforts that are closer and closer to maximum.
If I don't warm up properly, that's when I feel like spewin' up
WTF is a steady-state warm up. Second time I've seen it in a week. Couldn't be bothered googling for it.
I do 10 minutes easy then build on that for 10 mins until I'm near AT. Then it's into the first set. My problems (nauseau) start if I let my HR drop too low during the 10 mins between sets, and that's an easy trap for a razy plick rike me to fall into.
