The manager of the fleet service for the coffee delivery comp in question called me back. Told me that this gal wouldn't be driving for them any more. They had other complaints (details unkown) from other drivers and they were going to move her to some other job or get rid of her.

Felt kind of bad about that but, I wasn't the one being stupid.
