Three options

1. HTFU and use canti brakes. They are used for a reason.

2. HTFU and buy the frame and grind off the cable and canti bits, then get it powder coated.

3. HTFU and except what you want is not the OTP world tour, understand why they can offer it cheaper as an OTP, and that you'll have pay more for it.
