I'd look at a Delta Megarack Universal if you have fit issues. The Megarack allows for about 3" of adjustment in height. And the rack is relatively inexpensive.

A Tubus Vega is very swanky and rugged. You can get adjustment kits for it but it is much more expensive. Damned purty though
