Geekhouse is in the $800 range?

At that pricepoint, maybe go with the Rush? No frills, but very lightweight and fun to ride. I don't know. I just feel like the difference between $300 to $800 isn't as much as the difference between $800 and $1300. Of course, you wanted steel, so that kind of makes that a moot point since more expensive track frames are generally not steel unless they are custom/handmade or involve some level of frame-making artistry.
