They also got a bunch of tickets for the vehicle they were driving. no insurance, no driver's license, also had weapons in the car (Which makes me think i did the right thing but not whipping out my chain and having a hit at the car).

Karma sucks, Every time I drive by there house that car is gone. Hopefully it got hauled away or something.
