+1000000000 on getting that lawyer and following up on this as hard as the law allows. Don't back down now! Lots of lawyers out there specialize on lawsuits against jerks. Get one. Once that's done the lawyer takes care of almost everything.

And probably I'm watching too much CSI but I would go back and try to find some of the stuff that was thrown at me, for finger prints.

Haha i went back to try to find the bottle that was thrown or possibly the pieces, but got lost just trying to find where it was. I was in such a hurry last night i just remember i was near a hill. Don't know the streets. I know the general area it was in. I'll probably go back tomorrow and look again.

Glad to hear you didn't get injured. Also glad to hear you pressed charges.

Here's a fellow Google turned up if you decide to contact a lawyer. Might be worth a call just to get an opinion from him. Lil brown bat is on target though.

Maybe someone from the Colorado Springs club could be of help.

I called the police station a couple weeks ago and they said that the offenders just got ticketed for something about driving. They also got a bunch of tickets for the vehicle they were driving. no insurance, no driver's license, also had weapons in the car (Which makes me think i did the right thing but not whipping out my chain and having a hit at the car).

Karma sucks, Every time I drive by there house that car is gone. Hopefully it got hauled away or something.

Most likely in the impound yard. The longer it's gone, the more it's going to cost them.

Glad to hear they lost their wheels. No assault/battery charges? May want to avoid the neighborhood on the bicycle(duh!).
