has anyone actually gotten in touch with bob jackson? i have been wanting a road frame from him, and emailed trying to get some geometry specs. its been months, and i have emailed them 4 times, and never gotten a response.

im always hesitant to deal with someone that doesn't respond to emails. even if they are really backed up, they should take the time to tell you they will get it to you asap.
