Mine aren't straight, either.
Incidentally, it looks like one the black rubber tips came off/wasn't put on. Find it and put it on there. My front ones came off and I have like five gouges on my shins from when I was parking my bike in several places over the weekend.

I had to do this to make the rear fender stays clear the rack, just push slightly until they're straight.
I guess I'll just see when my rack is ready for pick-up at my LBS.

I just have to tweak the fron fender as it is a bit off centre and bugging the cr@p out of me.
