Hmm, I've just been outside cutting up the baskets, but I'm not sure what length to make it. Most single-wheel trailers have a cargo area that is between 640mm and 700mm long. I can make this one up to 90cm long quite easily, but I wonder about the handling. Maybe I should go for a smaller size - after all, this trailer is meant to be a small and narrow one, to be honest it's primary purpose is to be eye catching and make me look capable in my role as a cycle courier (the only one in my city). I can always build some bigger two-wheeled trailers in future. I'm just having a look around to see how long people made DIY single-wheeled trailers.
