Looks nice to me, and should be right about my size (I'm 5'9, current bike is a touch big at 56cm). He's listed all the components, but I'm not familiar with the manufacturers - is this a good deal?

I'm currently riding an old fixed gear conversion, but am going to start commuting farther (~6 miles) soon. I was thinking of getting an IRO Mark V, but have been keeping an eye on the local craigslist postings. What do you guys think of this bike?
