Go to your local auto shop, go buy heavy duty stripper.
It doesn't matter what kind.
Tape off the tubes you don't want to remove clearcoat off of (and rubber and stuff, the stuff is corrosive).
MAKE SURE YOU USE GLOVES (the stripper can still burn through them also!)
Put it on thick, and give it some time, let the stripper work, wipe off and be careful not to get the sludge everywhere.
If you haven't figured it out yet, the stickers are under the clearcoat...I posted pics of my girl's bike I did
