Go to your local auto shop, go buy heavy duty stripper.
It doesn't matter what kind.
Tape off the tubes you don't want to remove clearcoat off of (and rubber and stuff, the stuff is corrosive).
MAKE SURE YOU USE GLOVES (the stripper can still burn through them also!)
Put it on thick, and give it some time, let the stripper work, wipe off and be careful not to get the sludge everywhere.
If you haven't figured it out yet, the stickers are under the clearcoat...I posted pics of my girl's bike I did

NOOOO! Don't use a razor blade. The chrome on the Pista is not that hard, and a razor blade will scratch it. The decals are under the clear coat, so the only way to get it to look uniform is to strip the entire clearcoat.
This is how I did my Pista:
1. Disassembled down to bare frame. (took less than 10 minuets)
2. Lined bathtub with newspaper, put frame in it, and turned on bathroom exhaust fan.
3. Applied a liberal coat of Citristrip Paint Remover (low odor), and let sit for 2 hrs.
4. Cleaned off with a rag.
5. applied another coat of Citristrip and let it sit for a few more hours.
6. cleaned it off with a rag soaked in oderless mineral spirits.
7. Reassembled and gave it a coat of auto wax.
I did this about 2 years ago, and I live in a humid climate. The frame has no signs of corrosion. I am certain that the clearcoat is unnecessary. I applied the auto wax as an extra measure, but I don't think it's really necessary either. I didn't strip the fork, I just left the clear on it and theres no discernible difference between the frame and fork.
I used the Citristrip because I live in a condo, and didn't want to produce noxious fumes. If you have an outdoor area to work in you could use the toxic stuff which would be quicker, but if you're not in a hurry why not use the safer product?

Don't be embarrassed because you have a Pista. That's a quality bike with a lot of history to the brand. Just because they're popular doesn't mean you can't like it. I like mine. It's only a noob-badge if you feel like it is. Or maybe that's not why you want to remove them. It seems like everyone I meet with a Pista is embarrassed about having one, though. I was once, until I realized that my bike rules.
