I'm glad to announce the purchase of my first LBS bike. After much consideration and a ton of test-rides I picked up a Specialized Tricross Comp 2008 model. Yesterday was her first ride, around 22 miles and she performed beautifully.



So far you're looking at a stock Tricross with Shimano M540 pedals, i have Specialized Sport MTB shoes to match. A blackburn MTB rack (from the late 80's pulled it off an old hard tail mountain bike) Mars 4.0 rear blinky, Flea front light. Still need to get a computer and panniers or a trunk bag for commuting.
