Other threads on here note that Paypal will generate a one time use CC# for an exact amount to effective accomplish what you are looking for. So you fill your Nashbar cart, see the total is $97.85, go to Paypal, generate a Visa # that is good for $97.85, paste Visa # into Nashbar, and your paypal acct is charged $97.85 and that Visa # is no longer valid in case it is stolen. I haven't used this feature yet but if you look at any of teh PBK fraud threads, many BFers claim they use it.
