Ive told a few others this before, when you get a new Madison, Cutter, or just about any new bike, you must go over it well to make sure everything is lubed and tight, my '08 Madison had
everthing loose!
another thing, they kinda went cheap on the Cutter and the 2009 Madisons, so be careful with it.
