Anything above 40-50 mph or so downhill and it's all weight being dragged down by gravity. Pedaling seems to slow me down.
Yep... when I outspin the 53x12, I just tuck in and concentrate on being aero otherwise I'm just bouncing all over the place. This usually happens around 45-50 MPH.
