Take it to a bike shop and see if the fork can be straightened (many can) and see if there is other frame damage (which would be the end of it most likely).

If looking for a replacement, just find a good cromoly frame from that era, preferably Japanese. But on the other hand, if you don't know what you are doing, it would be very costly to pay a shop to make the transfer. In that case, sell the bike as is and find another good bike (this is if fork cannot be repaired).
