This stem came on my 87 Paramount. It was too short for me, so I swapped out. One person told me that it looked like titanium. Is that possibly true? If so, what it might be worth?

The bike has a Ti bottom bracket, skinny cranks, and other weight saving features, so it would not be completely out of character for this to be Ti.
