I'm guessing maybe a San Cristobal frame - it has the cool, skinny lugs that made Ciocc kinda special (until the ditched them). I had one that was a bit earlier (no front derailleur braze-on) and a bit cruder (top of fork crown stamping was not as neatly done.) It's interesting that some of the graphics use the older "plain C" while the downtube decal has the later "flying C." It's a beautiful bike, and quite a bit more special (to me anyway) than some of the later ones. The chrome dropouts are a classy touch, too. Judging by the stamping on the rear brage bridge block, it's one of the many Ciocc frames imported by Ten Speed Drive.
My only question about the model concerns whether Ciocc was still making the San Cristobal as it's top bike circa '82 or had moved on to the Mockba 80 - some of those also have the skinny lugs. Maybe someone else will know.
