Yeah, like my '78 TX 500. It's a sport touring geometry, unlike the 660, and fulfills its purpose well. The Ishiwata 022 rides nicer with less frame flex than comparable 531 frames I've ridden in this size (60cm). Though not perfect, I'm impressed with the finish work on this frame compared to some of the later Treks.
