Well to tell the truth it was a good experience except for the fact I had no clue what it was going to take. I didn't have most of the tools needed. I am glad I am in a bike club. But the best part is I am no longer afraid to service my bike myself. I now realize with the help of the park Tool Site and the right tools I could build another one. And that is pretty much what I plan on doing with my Jamis. I have the frame and all the parts sitting in my shed. All I need is another brake set and I am in business. I have a line on some Ultegra Shifters and Dura Ace Derailleurs so I might have to wait till they are available to start working on it. But I could get it back on the road with the parts I already have. But it does give me a feeling of confidence I didn’t have before.
