the ale singles that are new production, or are they old? as in, can i go on ebay and order the ale single laminateds there?

I was supposed to get some used toshis on some sylvans that I won on ebay, but the guy hasn't sent them and it's been almost 5 weeks since I paid. ****ing madness. I've sent him messages through ebay asking what's up and he hasn't replied (don't know of any other way to get in contact). I dont want to open a paypal dispute, but srsly

if you are this seller, or know him, can you send me a message? the guy had a red njs bike, i think a nagasawa. blue deepv's with blue sugino 75 cranks. blue sylvans with soma 4gate clips and blue toshis. nitto jaquar stem, anodized red or blue (I can't remember) with nitto risers. also red or blue (i think it was a blue stem and red risers). blue miche supertype post. union jack saddle.

according to ebay (and i think i saw the bike on craigslist) the guy lives in Goleta or Santa Barbara CA.
