What if the dealer where you made your purchase goes out of business? What if, as in my case, they turn out to be bastards?
That is BS. Report that LBS to Bianchi, as well as the first shop. All the LBS has to do is turn in a warranty report to Bianchi to get paid for their work. They are just lazy.
