Okay. if this were a choice between a set of Elan's for $700 (guestimate of the deal you can get) vs. a set of 350's for $450 (standard build), and these are to be your primary wheelset, I'd say go with the Elans. They are a better all purpose wheel with increased durability over the 350's.
If you are looking for a once-in-awhile climbing specific wheelset, save the extra $ and go with the 350's - but get the Sapim CX-Ray spoke option.
The appearance of the Rolf's is worth an extra $100 or more.
