If you are good, you can even find the factory that makes Hed3 wheels. You can get all sorts. But you need to order bulk. they won't just send a single item to you on the super cheap.
HED3 wheels are made in a HED factory in Spain. Just because someone in Taiwan makes a reasonable looking HED knock-off, does not mean it's the HED factory.
