I like to ride early during the week, usually getting in 10-20 miles per day while stretching it out to 40-50 one day a week. My Wife works 12 hour shifts on the weekend so I hang with the kids and only manage a 5-10 mile ride after 10pm when everybody is in bed. As long as I get 100 a week in I'm happy, time isn't really a factor for me as I generally push myself pretty good.
