It depends where you live. People ALWAYS quote the lowest price though.
outside DC it was 200, outside tucson AZ, it was about 100. same quality both times but in Tucson, it was a 'batch' job, meaning I had a few small bits and bobs (stem, rack) done at the same time for no addtl. charge. in DC, the stem would have been 50 more.
