got the OA! and filled a tub with hot water poured some (like 2 tablespoons, eyeball measure) into the water and put a ton of chrome stuff....been there like 16 hours now...saw it this morning no rust removal yet...so i put more hot water and another 2 tablespoons, see if that works during the day...

handle bar and stem
fender
wheels
rear fork
rear brake assembly
nuts bolts
fender holders
strange moulton kickstan
seat tube and seat hardware
screw clamps from the seat

still many parts to go...

this came from a 1965 moulton...

now i wait...hopefully when i get home rusty pieces have de-rusted.


edit: NYC what are you restoring???

now to look for a good metal wax....i only found sears turttle wax for cars...not sure that works.
