I have an old Schwinn Collegiate frame and want to put 26x2.125 tires on the bike, but don't know what rim size to get...

I would like to find a reasonable rim/hub/spoke combo (less than $150), wheelset if you will, that will fit these tires. Please recommend me some wheels. I have been searching and haven't found any definitive answers about what size to purchase.
