What is the tire diameter in millimeters? It should be listed on the side of the tire, and it's probably 597. Popular 26" wheels have 559 mm tires, so that's a nearly 1-1/2" difference. It might be possible to make this work, but you may have to change your brake calipers.
You may be better off replacing the bike.
I don't have brake calipers nor to i plan on getting them. I would like to find an inexpensive wheelset with just a coaster brake that will fit a 26x2.125 (559mm) tire. So what rimsize will fit this tire?
Sorry I am a huge noob when it comes to tire/rim size.
