You missed my point. You cannot order the shoes. There are plenty of places to see pretty pictures of the Vittoria shoes, like the one you linked. It's that there are no places to BUY them. It's not just Vittoria, either. The other maker(s) shown had defunct web sites, so their shoes were unavailable, too.
P.S. - that Vittoria web page shows 44 1/2 as the largest size. I wear a 48. BTW, a lot of European shoes equate a 47 to US size 13. That is wrong. A US 13 is a European 48 minimum, and may be larger depending upon the last they use for the shoe.
The Quoc Pham site claims 46 = 13. That is ridiculous. I could not even get my size 13 foot into a size 46 shoe. I won't order something I know won't fit.
The Brick Lane Bike web site does not show shoes for sale at all.

Perhaps you could check the size chart at the bottom of the page. You could also send an email to the local distributors or Brick Lane Bikes, as I suggested.
