I swapped the mounting between a clamp on Record FD and braze-on Xenon FD without a problem. If you go to the
Campagnolo web site you can look at the FD parts lists and get an idea of what you need to do. IIRC the Xenon and Record braze-on mount had the same part number. In other words you might find it feasible to buy a cheaper or damaged Campagnolo FD and make the swap, or simply buy the small braze-on part that has the limit screws on it.
