I'm going to go out on a limb, but would say that barring surgery to shorten or elongate your legs, your seat height isn't going to change much.

Your saddle height, OTOH, looks OK. One good indicator of incorrect saddle height is knee pain. Check this out if it hurts at all: http://www.cptips.com/knee.htm
