Marinoni Special CL find

So, I picked up a Marinoni Special on craigslist Saturday night and I'm looking for some info.

The person I bought it from had bought it from a racer in 1990. Frame is white with blue Marinoni decals. Headtube and rear stays are celeste. Internal rear brake cable routing. Really nice looking IMO (pics later).

Came with a slight hodge podge of parts. The rear and front derailleurs had been replaced with Mavic. The handlebar stem was also replaced with a Mavic one. Crank, seat post, brake levers, DT shifters were all Dura-Ace. Gran Compe Royale brake calipers. No pedals.

So, I'm wondering what RD, FD, and stem would have originally been on this bike. the SN on the BB starts with an 8 so would this be an '88? It has the "M" on the BB.

If you want to know anything else about the bike let me know. I'll make a new pictures thread in the next few days.

Edit: Columbus SLX tubing, 55cm frame

edit2: Campy dropouts and a Campy headset --- braze on derailleurs.
