It should be Dura-Ace 7400 series given the era. Could be either 7 speed, or possibly 8 speed if it's a 1989 model built in late 1988. The key should be the rear hub. Is it cassette or freewheel? How many cogs? There may be a model number on the hubs.

As for the pedals, I imagine it was originally equipped with clipless and the owner kept them for his new bicycle.
