Hi,

I'm a road cyclist who has no experience in MTB. I own a 2009 Trek Portland that I am thinking of converting to cyclocross; regardless, my bike has cable disc brakes, and i was thinking of converting to hydraulic brakes. Are there any hydraulic disc brake levers (for MTB) that i could mount as cross/top-mount levers, then wire the cable from the road lever to the MTB lever?
