Thanks T-Mar. I guess The first thing is to source wheels and a hub and go from there for the rest of the components.
It does have the brazed on lugs for downtube shifters. I noticed last night it had a bit of the "12 speed" decal remaining on the right chainstay, so i'm assuming it was a double with 6 speed cassette.

It's a nice frame, and i cant wait to build it and post pics of my progress.
