I take the Lipitor mainly to keep my doctor off my friggin case. Do doctors fully understand the relationship between cholesterol and heart disease? Obviously not.
It's all genetics. That's a far more powerful factor than diet. That being said I want to get skinnier, so F the Yodels. I can eat them after I quit racing. I'll never be a sprinter, but I ride so much better when I'm gaunt it's depressing. I don't want to be gaunt. I want to be normal.
Stupid friggin sport.
At 139 I looked pretty gaunt, add to that a shaved head and I was the butt of a lot of ribbing from my friends who kept telling me to eat a hamburger. They didn't like to ride with me though because I'd drop them 10 minutes into the ride.
