Ok then:
Breakfast: rice cake with peanut butter, a glass of orange juice
Lunch: Tablespoon of tuna salad on a 1" x 2" piece of whole grain toast, a glass of water
Dinner: Two tablespoons of penne a la vodka, 1 table spoon of broccoli rabe, a glass of wine
