I'm wondering if it's a Cornelo, or possibly a Colner (which was built by colnago).
The Cornelo is from Belgium, house brand from Kokke shop.

Colner is a contraction of Colnago and Ernesto.
what is the threading on the BB? what width BB? can you get better
pictures of the lugs (headtube) and dropouts?
