I'll work on it tonight. Right now, it just screws into the eyelet next to the hub at the bottom, then has the arm connecting to the eyelet on the stay at the top. I could only get the right arm to connect because the other side interfered with my brake cables, but one arm is plenty.
Edit: I just took a look at your OCR, but it doesn't appear to have the seatstay eyelet that my '08 has. If that's the case, you'll need to jury-rig the top arm to the seatstay somehow.
There's indeed no eyelets in my stays, unfortunately. Though, near the bottom of the stays there are some small eyelets that should be able to mount the bottom of the rack. I guess I'll have to think of an other way to mount it, maybe a few tube-clamps should fix that.
By the way, mine's "a bit" older, it's a 2002, so not entirely similar to yours
