You do realize it is usually very problematic to use electric devices made for motorcycles, on bicycles, because they usually expect 12VDC at high amperage? How do you plan to satisfy the BikeAlert's thirst for watt hours?

I'm sorry,I though you knew, I already have a 12 volt, 12 amp/hour Lead/Acid Battery on three of my Bikes . There's No other way to go (with New York Traffic).

I have a third light (white, 2 watt LED), that is connected to a doorbell style button , mounted on the Left hand Brake Lever., So I'm already using something like what is advertised (in the link)...

Leisesturm, LED's use only a tenth of what Incandescent bulbs would use. Actually, all I need is the Accelerometer Module, and I could wire it to my existing lights... But my lights are ALL Steady, NO strobing.

I get about 14 -19 hours of run time on my battery, and if I turn off the main headlights, the Marker lights will run about a week, without recharging.

Feel free to Copy and Paste the Link BELOW in my Signature, in every one of my Bike Forums Posts, that is the Link to my Bike Design Showcase, where I show all my tricks (most of them anyway):
